How long is the game?

Momoiro Closet is a medium-length visual, approximately the same length as our entire Corona Blossom trilogy combined. The average player can expect to spend about 10~15 hours to experience the entire game.

Is there any censorship in the game?

The version of the game being offered in the campaign, and which will be available on Steam, contains no adult content. A free patch to be made available outside of Kickstarter will restore adult content to the game, with no censorship whatsoever.

Does Momoiro Closet have dual langage support?

Yes! Just like the Corona Blossom and Phantom Trigger series, Momoiro Closet supports display of both English and Japanese game text, as well as the display of both languages simultaneously.

Is Momoiro Closet an episodic game?

No, Momoiro Closet is a standalone title. Currently no sequels are planned, though this may change in the future.

How will shipping be handled for the campaign? Why does it cost the amount it does?

The default shipping method for the campaign is international SAL shipping from Japan. This is the most affordable method that will still get your rewards to you in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, we include tracking & insurance by default for tiers above $110. This means that if you pledge at the $110 tier or above, you do NOT need to purchase the “Upgrade To Registered SAL” add-on to receive tracking/insurance! If you wish to upgrade to EMS, please contact us directly and we can help you out with that.

The shipping costs are based on the actual SAL shipping charge plus the cost of packaging and labor for shipping. The shipping charges are not inflated in any way.

How do I purchase add-ons? How do I select my tapestry design?

Add-ons will be purchasable in BackerKit after the campaign! You can make a subsequent pledge for the cost of the add-on and you will be able to use that money in BackerKit for add-on purchases, or you can pay for the add-on directly on BackerKit after the campaign.

You will also be able to use BackerKit to select which tapestry design you would like, if you pledge for an applicable tier.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Unfortunately, Kickstarter does not support PayPal as a payment method. However, if you make a pledge at any tier, you can upgrade to a higher tier on BackerKit after the campaign, and use PayPal on BackerKit to cover the difference. Please do keep in mind that if limited rewards sell out during or after the campaign, you will not be able to upgrade to those tiers in BackerKit.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
